BBE's customer service was helpful with the technical specs for my contractor. The slim body is perfect for Hong Kong's low ceilings. My client loves how the unit is completely hidden, maintaining the clean lines of their living room. Performance is solid, as expected from Daikin.

The indoor unit has a very clean and simple design, looks great in our new flat. Doesn't feel bulky at all. BBE customer service was patient in answering my questions about installation beforehand. Cooling is fast and powerful enough for our living room.

The cooling is decent and it's quiet enough, but the Grade 4 energy rating is a major drawback. Expected better efficiency from a Daikin product. Acceptable for the price, but there are better options if you care about the electricity bill.
