The unit is much louder than I expected, which is annoying for a light sleeper. The build quality also feels a bit plasticky. It cools fine, but I wouldn't buy it again.

Delivery was prompt. The best feature is the easy-to-clean panel and filter. Makes maintenance so much simpler than my old unit. The air feels fresher too. Great design.

Cools the room effectively, but it's a bit noisy. The 4th grade energy label is a concern for the electricity bill. Acceptable for the price though.
