The cooling power is great, no complaints there. But the remote control has too many buttons and isn't very user-friendly. Took me a while to figure out the basic functions. It's just okay.
換走部舊珍寶，呢部LG真係靜好多。以前部機一時凍死一時唔夠，呢部變頻溫度好穩定，舒服好多。買之前問過CS啲尺寸問題，都答得好清楚。

The cooling performance is solid, inverter tech works as advertised. However, the design feels bulky. Lacks smart Wi-Fi features which is a minus for me at this price point.
Bought this for my son's room. The air does feel fresher with the filter. It's quiet and cools the room effectively without being too harsh. A good purchase for the family.
