The build quality is exceptional, as expected from Miele. The TwinDos system is incredibly convenient and ensures perfect detergent usage. Clothes come out clean and the honeycomb drum is noticeably gentler on delicate items. A solid investment.
It's a Miele, so the build quality is top-notch. My only slight concern is the Grade 4 energy label. It was a pricey purchase, but I'm hoping it lasts for years to justify the cost. Delivery from BBE was punctual.

做媽媽嘅真係好 appreciate個AddLoad功能，成日洗到一半先發現漏咗件衫。蜂巢式滾筒洗完啲衫真係順滑啲，唔會傷到小朋友啲衫仔。
Washing is very effective. However, the drying cycle for a full load can take quite a long time. It's a compromise you make for a 2-in-1 machine, so it's acceptable.
