Impressed by the quiet mode. It’s perfect for my bedroom since I’m a light sleeper. The BBE customer service was very helpful in confirming the outdoor unit dimensions before I purchased. Highly recommend this window-split model for small HK apartments.

The cooling performance is solid, no complaints there. However, connecting it to the Wi-Fi was a bit of a hassle, took me 20 minutes. Not sure if the nanoe air purification is a gimmick, but the air does feel a little fresher. It's okay for the price.
The Wi-Fi control via the Panasonic Comfort Cloud app is the main reason I bought this. The UI is clean and responsive. I can schedule it to turn on/off, which is great for energy saving. The inverter is super quiet, perfect for my small apartment.

The nanoe-G air purifying function is the main reason I bought this. The air in my apartment feels noticeably cleaner. BBE's delivery service was professional and on time. A great purchase for anyone with allergies.
The AEROWINGS feature really makes a difference in airflow. It cools down the room much more evenly than my previous unit. Energy label is Grade 4, which is okay, but the COP is decent. BBE delivery was smooth.
The independent dehumidifier function is fantastic for the humid weather here. It makes the room so much more comfortable. The heating was also surprisingly effective during the winter. A great all-in-one unit.
比較過幾間，BBE個價連安裝算係最抵。1級能源標籤，希望下期電費單會靚仔啲。雖然係窗口式分體，但室內機個樣唔錯，比傳統窗口機好睇好多。整體CP值高。
Delivery from BBE was on time. I bought this for the cooling and heating function. It worked surprisingly well during the cold snap last month. A bit pricey, but having a warm room in winter is worth it.
