Good service from BBE. The 35.5L capacity is perfect for my family of three. The built-in German EGO thermostat maintains a really stable temperature throughout my shower. Very satisfied with the safety features too.
Delivery was prompt. The water heater performs okay and temperature is stable, but the 3-star energy rating means it consumes a bit more electricity than expected. Still acceptable for this price point.

The 3-tank system works as advertised. Water stays hot much longer than my previous single-tank heater. CS was helpful in explaining the installation requirements. A bit pricey but worth it.
Replaced my old bulky heater with this slim model. The extra space in my bathroom is a huge plus. The installation was smooth and the staff was professional. Great experience.
