The 75L capacity is perfect for my family of four. EGO thermostat works great, water temperature is very stable. Customer service from BBE was helpful in arranging the installation date quickly. Highly recommend this German West model.

Good service from BBE. The 35.5L capacity is perfect for my family of three. The built-in German EGO thermostat maintains a really stable temperature throughout my shower. Very satisfied with the safety features too.
Replaced my old water heater with this one. The fast heating is a game changer, no more long waits before a shower. The Grade 1 energy label should save me some money on the electricity bill too. Solid purchase.
買之前問咗CS好多關於尺寸嘅問題，答得好詳細。熱水爐溫控做得幾好，沖涼唔會忽冷忽熱。1級能源效益夠慳電，好啱我呢啲單身自住嘅用，user-friendly！
Delivery was prompt. The water heater performs okay and temperature is stable, but the 3-star energy rating means it consumes a bit more electricity than expected. Still acceptable for this price point.
部機得 188mm 真係超薄，裝喺浴缸位都唔覺掗拃。開機 3 分鐘就有熱水，唔使好似以前咁等十幾分鐘，CP值真係好高！BBE 送貨師傅好準時，值得推薦！✨
The product works but 23L is definitely too small for back-to-back showers. Also, Grade 5 energy efficiency means it consumes quite a bit of electricity. Installation by BBE was professional though.
Great customer service from BBE. They answered all my pre-purchase questions about the right-piping configuration. The 3kW heating is fast enough, and the safety features give me peace of mind.
The 3-tank system works as advertised. Water stays hot much longer than my previous single-tank heater. CS was helpful in explaining the installation requirements. A bit pricey but worth it.
