Replaced my old machine. The 3-year warranty provides peace of mind. I also noted it's made in Poland, which I associate with better build quality. Called customer service about the steam function and they were very clear and helpful.

The TimeManager feature is a lifesaver for my busy schedule. I can adjust the cycle length easily. BBE customer service was also very helpful answering my questions about the warranty before I bought it.
The Inverter Motor is incredibly quiet. I can finally do laundry at night without disturbing my family. The SensiCare system is also great, seems to use less water than my old machine. Very satisfied.

屋企個位好窄，搵咗好耐先搵到呢部400mm闊嘅機，真係perfect fit！送貨師傅好專業，安裝好快手。部機運作嗰陣好靜，夜晚洗衫都唔怕嘈親隔離。😊
The machine washes clean and is generally quiet. However, the control panel took some time to get used to. The 1200rpm spin is okay, but clothes are still quite damp. It's decent for the price.
