Impressed by the balance system. Even with a full load, the vibration is minimal. 1200 rpm spin makes drying so much faster. The interface is quite user-friendly. BBE customer service answered all my technical questions via WhatsApp.

The Made in Germany quality is really noticeable. Home Connect setup was very smooth, now I can start the wash from my office. The app notification when it's finished is super useful. BBE delivery was very professional and on time.

9kg is great for bedding. But the programs are too many (16 types!), sometimes I just want simple wash. The LED display is clear but the dial is a bit fiddly. Delivery was fast though.
