屋企人多，之前部機唔夠用。換咗呢部10KG真係好好多，一次過洗晒床單被鋪都得。個AI Wash幾聰明，識自己磅重較水，感覺慳返水電。最緊要係個摩打真係好靜，夜晚開機都唔怕嘈到屋企人。BBE送貨安裝都好快手，唔錯。
As a mom, hygiene is the top priority. I love the Deep Steam function, especially for sterilizing towels and baby clothes. The AI EcoBubble really helps get rid of stubborn food stains, even using cold water. The machine itself looks very premium. Great purchase for busy families.
The delivery was super efficient, technician came and installed it the next day. 讚! My old machine was so loud, but this DIT motor is seriously quiet, even when spinning at 700rpm. Living in a small flat, noise is a huge factor. Highly recommend this model, CP值爆燈!
The Drum Clean+ function is highly useful for maintenance, so I don't need to buy special cleaning tablets often. I appreciate that Samsung included the Less Microfiber cycle—it’s important for protecting the environment. Good features, overall a smart machine. 👍
The washing performance is excellent, no complaints about the clothes being clean. However, when I tried to change the delivery slot, the CS hotline was slow to respond (waited 20 minutes!). The machine itself is solid, but the after-sales service needs improvement.
啱啱換咗部機，舊嗰部太佔位喇。呢部7kg機身細細，啱晒香港啲細單位。最驚喜係Wobble tech，啲衫洗完真係無咁打結，少咗好多褶皺，慳咗我好多時間熨衫！BBE包埋安裝好方便，師傅手腳快。
屋企有兩個細路，啲衫多到洗唔切。換咗呢部8kg真係好好多，一次過搞掂。個Super Speed功能勁方便，有時啲校服急住著，半個鐘就洗完。最緊要係夠靜，夜晚開機都唔怕嘈醒啲細路。
The feature set is good (Tub Clean, Delay End are useful). However, the manual is a bit confusing and the LED display UI could be more intuitive. Took some time to figure out the water level settings. Acceptable performance for the price.
I chose this model specifically because of the Level 1 energy label. Over time, this machine should save a lot on my electricity bill. Delivery was quick and the packaging was strong. Hope the DIT motor lasts for 10 years, as advertised.
