The design is sleek, perfect for a modern kitchen vibe. The machine is very quiet, which is a big plus. But the delivery took 5 days instead of the promised 3, which was frustrating. Product itself is 5 stars, but BBE logistics needs improvement.
This machine is a time saver! The Quick 15 program is super useful for rush laundry. Plus, the Wrinkle Care steam function means I barely need to iron my shirts anymore. Packaging was secure and delivery was punctual. Good purchase.

機身設計幾靚，不過1000轉脫水嗰陣有少少嘈。BBE CS幾好，答得好清楚點樣改薄頂板做embedded。Overall acceptable la.
