BBE送貨好準時，師傅好快手。部機真係好slim，啱啱好fit到我個廚房個窄位。初頭驚4kg唔夠用，但原來洗一個禮拜啲衫完全冇問題。對住納米樓嚟講，呢個size真係perfect。
The wash performance is good and the 1200rpm spin is effective. However, I find the reliance on the app for extra programs inconvenient. The delivery scheduling could also be more flexible. It's decent, but not perfect.

The hOn app is the main reason I chose this model. It's super convenient to get notifications when the cycle is done. The night mode is a great feature for my small apartment. Very quiet, solid performance.
Washing performance is excellent, ProActive Wash handles stains well. However, the hOn App connection can be a bit unstable and sometimes fails to connect. The machine is 5-star, but the app is 3-star.
買之前WhatsApp問過CS啲program點用，解答得好詳細。專登買嚟洗BB衫，個SHIATSU系統真係柔好多，可以校低轉數，啲衫冇咁易扯爛。細機嚟講功能算好齊全。
新屋入伙買呢部，黑色機身好有型。最正係個hOn app，收工搭車嗰陣就可以開定機洗衫，返到屋企晾衫就得，勁方便！10kg容量洗被單窗簾都無問題。
屋企個位好窄，搵咗好耐先搵到呢部420mm薄身機，尺寸啱啱好！送貨師傅好快手，安裝埋都係半個鐘搞掂。7kg容量我哋兩個人用絕對夠晒。
部機運作好靜，變頻摩打真係唔同啲。個app control幾得意，可以喺公司開機洗衫。不過個app UI design可以再好啲。Overall a solid 4-star product.
As a mother, the Hygiene+ and steam functions are a lifesaver for baby clothes. The machine is surprisingly quiet, and the key lock provides peace of mind. Delivery was prompt.
