The Mi Home app is so convenient, I can start the wash from my office. 32 programs 咩衫都洗到。BBE delivery was very professional, help me to install everything properly. Overall very satisfied with the service.
10.5kg capacity is perfect for my family. The direct drive motor is incredibly quiet even during the spin cycle. BBE packaging was secure and delivery was on time. Highly recommend this Xiaomi model for the price!
Very satisfied with this purchase. The AI DD feature seems to genuinely work as my delicate clothes feel softer and less stretched out after washing. The 8.5kg capacity is great for washing bedding.
The washing function is excellent, clothes come out very clean. The drying function is just okay, takes quite long for a full load and clothes are a bit damp. Still, convenient for emergencies.
Impressed by the 32 different programs. Having 10 years motor warranty gives me peace of mind. Delivery was on time and packaging was very secure. Definitely better than my previous brand.

The direct drive motor is impressively quiet even at 1200 RPM. Installation was smooth and the BBE team handled the old machine disposal well. Great value for a 2-in-1 unit.
呢部機個 7kg dry function 喺潮濕天氣真係無得頂。Clothes are dry and soft. BBE installation team was very helpful and polite. 值得推薦！
