It's a Miele, so the build quality is top-notch. My only slight concern is the Grade 4 energy label. It was a pricey purchase, but I'm hoping it lasts for years to justify the cost. Delivery from BBE was punctual.

做媽媽嘅真係好 appreciate個AddLoad功能，成日洗到一半先發現漏咗件衫。蜂巢式滾筒洗完啲衫真係順滑啲，唔會傷到小朋友啲衫仔。
Washing is very effective. However, the drying cycle for a full load can take quite a long time. It's a compromise you make for a 2-in-1 machine, so it's acceptable.

The Miele@home app integration is seamless. It's so convenient to get a notification when my laundry is done. A great addition to my smart home setup.
