I used the 40°C setting for proofing sourdough, and the temperature control is incredibly stable thanks to the fan convection. Big improvement over using the oven light. I called CS before buying to check the internal dimensions for my specific baking tray, and the staff member was very professional and helpful. Very happy with this purchase.

The delivery service was excellent, very careful with this large appliance. We bought this mainly for warming plates before dinner parties, and it works perfectly. The integrated design is super seamless and looks high-end next to our oven. It easily fits 12 big plates as advertised. Worth the investment if you entertain often.

The design is flawless, really integrates well. But 52L sounds big, yet the usable internal height (242mm) meant I couldn't stack my largest serving dishes easily. It does keep everything at temp, and the glass bottom is super easy to wipe down. Good product, but check your measurements first.
