Bought this specifically for my two cats. The pet tool is a lifesaver, gets all the fur off the sofa and my bedsheets easily. The main vacuum head also doesn't get tangled with long hair. Very impressed.

The BESPOKE design in Forest Green is very aesthetic. The LED light on the slim brush head is more useful than I thought, revealing dust I couldn't see before. A solid performer with great looks.

For the performance, it's okay.

Solid build quality and very user-friendly. The 5-layer filtration system is a big plus for my allergies. Excellent service and fast shipping from the BBE team.

Using a vacuum cleaner every day, the price is very sensitive. It is worth buying accessories for easy daily cleaning.
