屋企人多，之前部機唔夠用。換咗呢部10KG真係好好多，一次過洗晒床單被鋪都得。個AI Wash幾聰明，識自己磅重較水，感覺慳返水電。最緊要係個摩打真係好靜，夜晚開機都唔怕嘈到屋企人。BBE送貨安裝都好快手，唔錯。
The delivery was super efficient, technician came and installed it the next day. 讚! My old machine was so loud, but this DIT motor is seriously quiet, even when spinning at 700rpm. Living in a small flat, noise is a huge factor. Highly recommend this model, CP值爆燈!
啱啱換咗部機，舊嗰部太佔位喇。呢部7kg機身細細，啱晒香港啲細單位。最驚喜係Wobble tech，啲衫洗完真係無咁打結，少咗好多褶皺，慳咗我好多時間熨衫！BBE包埋安裝好方便，師傅手腳快。
屋企有兩個細路，啲衫多到洗唔切。換咗呢部8kg真係好好多，一次過搞掂。個Super Speed功能勁方便，有時啲校服急住著，半個鐘就洗完。最緊要係夠靜，夜晚開機都唔怕嘈醒啲細路。
The feature set is good (Tub Clean, Delay End are useful). However, the manual is a bit confusing and the LED display UI could be more intuitive. Took some time to figure out the water level settings. Acceptable performance for the price.

It's an okay washing machine. Cleans fine. But connecting to the WiFi and SmartThings app was a bit of a hassle. Honestly, the 'AI' mode doesn't feel much different from the normal cycle. Overpriced for these 'smart' features.
I needed a high drainage model for my old building. The sales assistant confirmed this before I paid, which was very helpful. The machine is user-friendly and the LED display is clear enough for me to read the remaining time.

The BubbleStorm and EcoBubble features are amazing! My son's clothes always have food stains, but this machine gets them out easily on the Intensive Wash cycle. The soft-closing lid is also a great safety feature. 👍
