MIA CUCINA煤氣熱水爐

Upgraded our old water heater to this slim Mia Cucina model. CS answered all installation queries promptly. Temperature control is very precise, though wish the WiFi controller was included rather than optional. Overall very pleased with BBE's service.

Replaced my old water heater with this Mia Cucina unit. The digital thermostat is very accurate with no sudden cold spikes. Silver and black look is super modern, and BBE customer service answered all my Towngas installation queries promptly.

Decided to add the optional bathroom remote RC-80BE alongside this heater. Works like a charm so we don't have to walk out to adjust the temperature. BBE staff were really helpful explaining the accessories before checkout.

Ordered this along with the optional WiFi module. CS answered all my questions regarding installation. Temperature control is precise with 15 settings. Very satisfied with BBE's prompt service and genuine Towngas appliance.

Bought this along with the optional bathroom remote. Adjusting temperature directly from the shower is super convenient. Water flow is steady even on high floors. BBE packaging was secure and delivered without a scratch.

The 16L capacity handles two showers seamlessly without water going cold. Rose copper panel matches our modern interior well. Only downside is the WiFi module needs to be bought separately, but overall solid heater.

Ordered during kitchen renovation. The 14.5L capacity is perfect for simultaneous kitchen and bathroom use. Slim body fits neatly on the wall, and the copper panel looks truly premium. Delivery crew was punctual.

Good machine and looks premium with the silver and black combo. Just note that the WiFi module needs to be purchased separately, which I missed during checkout. Overall water temperature is very stable.

BBE customer service was patient in checking flue compatibility before purchase. The digital temperature setting is super precise, and it has Grade 1 energy rating. Installation went smoothly too.
