Bought this for our baby's room. The Baby Mode is amazing, it prevents direct cold wind and the air purifier function gives me peace of mind. BBE customer service was very helpful in coordinating the delivery.

Very impressed with the Level 1 energy efficiency. Also uses R32 which is more eco-friendly. The energy saving mode is a great feature for saving on the electricity bill. Good buy.

The cooling is fine, but it's not as silent as I expected on the highest fan speed. The auto swing only goes up and down, not left and right. Acceptable for the price.
The Plasmacluster ion feature is a lifesaver for my pet allergies. Delivery was on time and packaging was secure. The self-cleaning function is also very handy.
