Incredibly quiet. I'm a very light sleeper and my old AC was a nightmare. This one, on its lowest setting, is barely audible. The 25dB rating is legit. Finally, I can sleep peacefully through the summer nights. Highly recommended for bedrooms.

The AI Auto Cooling function is surprisingly smart. It adjusts the temperature automatically and I don't have to fiddle with the remote all the time. The SmartThings app connection was a bit tricky to set up initially, but works fine now.

The quiet mode is a real lifesaver. At only 19dB, it's so much quieter than our old one and doesn't wake the baby. The Good Sleep mode also helps everyone sleep better through the night. Very happy with this purchase.
