Delivery team was professional handling the heavy item. The safe itself has a premium feel. The laser-cut door has a very tight tolerance, which gives confidence. Bolted it to the closet wall easily with the included hardware. The internal light is a thoughtful feature.

It's a very solid safe for the price. However, it's much heavier than I anticipated at 22kg, was a real struggle to get it into the wardrobe. The battery compartment cover also feels a bit flimsy compared to the rest of the unit.

The safe looks gorgeous in the bedroom. Fingerprint sensor works 9 out of 10 times, though damp fingers might fail occasionally. Thankfully it comes with 2 backup mechanical keys. Packaging was very neat and secure.

Buying experience was smooth. The safe arrived in perfect condition.

Safe is extremely heavy (almost 150kg) so make sure to arrange delivery properly. BBE customer service helped coordinate with the delivery team smoothly. Very spacious inside with 2 shelves.
