The Hygiene Fresh+ system works well, I noticed a huge difference in odor control, especially when storing strong-smelling items like durian or kimchi. However, the delivery guys left a minor scratch on the side panel during move-in. Contacted customer service and they responded fast, but still disappointed with the handling. Product performance is 5/5, but delivery experience is 2/5.
I just moved into my new flat and this fridge looks so sleek! The seamless design really makes it look like a built-in unit, which elevates the whole kitchen vibe. Delivery was smooth, the staff helped unpack and position it right away. Interior space is massive, perfect for bulk buying. Highly recommend this model!
Excellent refrigerator for the smart home setup. The ThinQ app integration is seamless; I can monitor the temperature and get alerts if the door is left open. The quick freeze function is responsive via the app. Installation and setup were a breeze. A definite upgrade from my old unit.
Performance is generally good, especially the antibacterial system—no weird smells inside. The installation team was very professional and careful with the floor. However, when the inverter compressor kicks in, the noise level is slightly higher than expected. 3 stars due to noise.
This was my first time buying a large appliance online. I was worried about the size, but BBE customer service confirmed the dimensions and access path twice before delivery. The four-door design is surprisingly spacious and user-friendly. Excellent service and fantastic product. ✨
舊雪櫃壞咗即刻上BBE買，送貨好快手。呢部LG容量真係無得彈，一家四口啲嘢食塞爆都仲有位。最重要係個變頻壓縮機真係好靜，夜晚完全聽唔到聲，啲菜放一個禮拜都仲好新鮮，物有所值。
This fridge is surprisingly quiet! The Smart Inverter really works, I barely hear it running, which is a huge plus for my small apartment. It’s 3-grade energy efficient, so hopefully my next electric bill will be lower. Good CP value overall.
Checked the specs carefully as my kitchen niche is tight (W555mm). It fitted perfectly! Installation team was very professional. The Multi Air Flow feature keeps everything evenly chilled, which is great. Highly recommend for HK flat sizes. ✨
BBE個CS chat好快覆，問咗好多關於安裝嘅問題。部雪櫃個 LG ThinQ 勁 user-friendly，可以喺公司 check 吓屋企個 fridge status，個 notification system 都做得好好。Smart features are definitely a plus point.
