Contacted BBE customer service before buying to double-check the dimensions, they were very patient and helpful. The oven itself is a dream for baking. The mixed steam + fan function creates the perfect crust for my sourdough. A huge upgrade from my old oven!
Bought this for its looks and all-in-one functions. As a steam oven, it's fantastic. For baking artisan bread, the heat distribution is good but not perfect. Overall, a great machine for daily use, but pro bakers might want something more specialized.
The look is 5-star, but performance is a let-down. The 0.8L water tank is too small, needs refilling constantly for steaming. Also, the air-fry function is much weaker than my old dedicated air fryer. Expected more for this price.
Performance is solid for baking. The steam-assist is great for sourdough, gives a fantastic crust. Temperature control is precise, but pre-heating does take a bit longer than expected. Packaging was very secure upon arrival.
The LCD screen and controls are quite intuitive. Temperature control seems very precise, which is great for more delicate dishes. The mixed steam + fan function is powerful. A bit pricey, but the build quality is solid.
買之前問過CS好多問題都好有耐性答。個蒸焗功能真係無得彈，蒸完雞再焗，皮脆肉嫩，小朋友好鍾意食😋。30L容量夠晒我哋一家四口用，有埋兒童鎖都安心啲。
Absolutely in love with the design! The pastel blue colour is the perfect retro vibe for my new kitchen. BBE delivery was super fast. Baked some cookies and they came out great. A beautiful and functional piece.
買之前問過CS好多問題，都好有耐性答。部機真係好方便，蒸餸可以keep到肉汁，個combi steam mode一流！最重要有兒童鎖，唔怕小朋友亂掂，啱晒有細路嘅家庭。
部機個temp control算幾準，風扇焗令到熱力好均勻。試過用佢個auto menu整pizza，效果有驚喜。唯一係個水箱細咗啲，蒸得耐要加水。整體performance係唔錯嘅。
買俾媽咪用，主要用純蒸氣功能，佢話好方便，蒸餸蒸包都得。但其他功能對老人家嚟講有啲複雜，要慢慢教。個兒童鎖反而幾好，唔怕佢哋撳錯掣。
