The convection fan is a game changer for my baking. Cakes rise evenly now, no more burnt edges. The dough proofing function is also a nice bonus. Highly recommended for home bakers.
Performance is solid, heats up much faster than my old electric one. The touch panel is a bit too sensitive for my liking, but you get used to it. Overall, a good value gas oven.
