Very happy with the purchase. The steam function is powerful and keeps the chicken very juicy. I also tried the air fry mode for French fries, turned out super crispy without much oil! Great service from BBE, delivery was smooth.
The AI temperature sensor is great, but the user manual is quite confusing. Had to spend a lot of time figuring out the different combination modes. BBE customer service was helpful when I called to ask about the warranty though.

「上烤下蒸」真係好正！可以一邊蒸魚一邊烤雞翼，慳返好多時間。個感應翻熱好準，叮熱嘢食唔會乾爭爭。BBE送貨哥哥仲好有禮貌，包裝得好實淨，讚！✨

A powerful all-in-one oven, but the touch panel is not as responsive as I expected. Sometimes needs a few taps to register. Otherwise, the grill function is great.
Perfect for my small apartment. It replaced my old microwave and air fryer. The black design is very sleek and matches my kitchen's vibe. Delivery was fuss-free.
買嚟主要係想焗下嘢，溫度算幾準，焗蛋糕都ok。不過預熱時間比想像中耐少少。內置食譜對新手嚟講幾user-friendly。
The steam clean function is a game-changer. So much easier to maintain than my old oven. No turntable also means cleaning is very straightforward.
