新屋入伙揀咗好耐，最後揀呢部Bertazzoni。個碳黑色真係好靚，同我個廚櫃好襯。76公升容量夠大，一次過焗兩盤曲奇都無問題，火力好均勻。個soft-close門好有高級感。
買之前喺BBE問咗好多問題，CS都好有耐性答。換咗呢部爐，終於可以整歐包！個發酵 (proofing) function好好用，溫度好穩定，舊嗰部完全做唔到呢個效果。
BBE送貨準時，師傅好有禮貌。最欣賞係個雙層玻璃門，焗緊嘢都唔會好辣手，屋企有小朋友就安心好多。個容量夠大，一次過焗到兩盤曲奇，very good。
整體ok，火力夠，預熱速度都算快。不過個Bertazzoni Assistant功能對我嚟講有啲複雜，都係自己set溫度時間多。不過以呢個價錢買到意大利製，CP值算高。
BBE送貨師傅好準時，安裝都好快手。個焗爐操作好簡單，touch screen好方便。試過用食物探針整牛扒，真係次次都perfect medium rare，好勁！👍
The oven itself is powerful and spacious. But for a 76L oven, it only comes with one wire rack and one tray. It's not enough for family use. I had to order another one separately.
Quite impressed with the energy efficiency. The kitchen doesn't get hot like with my old oven, thanks to the double-glazed door. The 7-segment LED display is clear and functional.
The pyrolytic cleaning function is a game changer. After roasting a whole chicken, the oven was a mess, but one cleaning cycle and it looked brand new. Worth every penny.
買之前問過CS開孔尺寸問題，覆得好快好專業。試過用grill功能整焗豬扒飯，表面夠焦香，火力好足。Made in Italy果然有保證。✨
之前比較過德國牌子，但最後揀咗呢部Bertazzoni，design真係靚好多。意大利製，用料感覺好solid。火力均勻，暫時好滿意。
