Installed this in my new fashion boutique. Delivery was super fast and BBE customer service helped coordinate the installation team perfectly. Very powerful cooling, the whole shop chilled down in 5 minutes. Great value for a 3HP unit!

Excellent presales support from BBE checking the 10.8A current requirement for our old building. It runs a bit loud since it's a fixed-frequency model, but the 24000 Btu/h cooling is relentless. Perfect for sweaty gym sessions.

Bought this for our meeting room. The ceiling cassette design saves a lot of space. It's a bit loud because it's non-inverter, but cooling is top-notch. BBE's sales rep was very helpful with the technical specifications.

BBE customer service was incredibly patient with my endless installation questions. The R32 refrigerant really makes a difference. The café cools down almost instantly. Standard 1-year warranty gives peace of mind.

BBE team called to confirm dimensions before shipping. The 205mm ultra-thin body fits our low ceiling perfectly. 24000 Btu/h cooling is very strong, keeping the studio fresh even during hot yoga prep.
