I love that I don't need a separate tap for filtered water. The installation was straightforward and the build quality is excellent. BBE customer service was very helpful in explaining the warranty details. Great experience overall!

裝修師傅話呢隻牌子好襟用。三合一設計真係好方便，唔使喺星盤另外開窿裝過濾水龍頭，慳返好多位。個 360° 旋轉出水好順，洗大煲都冇問題。Delivery was super fast too! ✨

Installed it last week. The 190-degree swivel is really useful for my double bowl sink. Ceramic valve feels very durable. Customer service answered my installation questions quickly. Highly recommended for modern kitchens!

Delivery was super fast. The Volcano Grey color is stunning and matches my Blanco Silgranit sink perfectly. The design is sleek, mixing round and square shapes. The pull-out spray is very high quality and smooth to use.

Overall a solid faucet. The build quality is excellent. My only minor complaint is that the spray mode is a bit too powerful. If you're not careful, it splashes water everywhere. Otherwise, it's a great product.

尋日買今日送到，BBE送貨真係快。個龍頭係Made in Germany有保證，最鍾意佢有專利設計可以減少水垢，呢個對香港水質好重要。個金屬噴頭好重手，唔係平嘢feel。

Installation was surprisingly straightforward. The included stabilizer plate is a nice touch, made it very secure on my stainless steel sink. The long flexible hoses also provided plenty of room to work with.

The magnetic dock is a brilliant feature. Design and build quality are top-notch. However, the water flow on the standard laminar spray feels a bit weaker than my previous tap. Still, a solid 4-star product.
