I am currently buying a Filter-Cartridge, so I don't have to worry about water quality problems. The staff provided great service and promptly resolved my issue, very satisfied!👍

The carbon block technology is effective at reducing VOCs, which is my main concern. Noticeable improvement in water quality. A solid product from Philips.

The filter works fine, water tastes cleaner. A bit pricey compared to other brands, but I guess you pay for the reliability and peace of mind.

Bought this specifically because the description mentioned it filters microplastics. The peace of mind is worth it. Water feels cleaner.
