MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC

The build quality is excellent, as expected from a Made in Japan product. BBE's delivery was very professional and punctual. The Pink Pearl finish looks much better in person than in photos. Highly recommended for any new home!

BBE CS was very helpful in answering my questions before I placed the order. The dehumidifier is very slim and the LCD panel is easy to read. The smart drying mode is perfect for my laundry. Excellent service and product!

Sleek design, fits my apartment's vibe. The performance is solid and the night mode is surprisingly quiet. The control panel is very user-friendly. A bit heavy, but the casters are smooth.

The bathroom mold guard mode is a lifesaver for HK apartments. Moving it between rooms is so easy with the 360 wheels. Packaging was very secure and original. Great service from BBE.

The silver ion filter is a great addition for air quality. Move Eye feature actually works much better than traditional drying modes. Definitely worth the price for HK weather.
