BBE customer service was very helpful with my installation queries. The smart integration is seamless—I can control it easily via Google Assistant and the Mijia App. Extremely quiet in sleep mode, only 19dB. Perfect for my bedroom.
Installed last week. The heating function is surprisingly powerful for chilly nights. Love the AI energy-saving mode, which helps save on electricity bills. Delivery was on time and packaging was secure.

The AC itself is powerful and quiet, but pairing it with the Mijia App took me forever. Delivery was secure but delayed by a day. Overall acceptable for the price.
