Performance is as expected for an inverter model - quiet and efficient. However, be warned about the installation space requirements. It needs at least 1m clearance behind the unit, which is a lot for a typical HK window. It wasn't clearly stated on the page. Luckily it just fit.
Cooling performance is solid and the dehumidifier function is a lifesaver. BBE's CS was helpful to clarify it has no power plug, but it's honestly a bit ridiculous for an appliance at this price not to include one. Had to get my C-fu to sort it out, which was an extra hassle.
BB啱啱出世，最緊張就係空氣質素。揀呢部機就係貪佢有nanoe®X，開咗之後感覺間房空氣清新咗，個人都安心啲。部機真係好靜，BB瞓覺完全唔會嘈醒佢。👍 BBE CS都好有耐性答我問題。
The inverter technology is a game-changer. Temperature is very stable without the compressor constantly kicking in. It's quiet on low fan speeds. My only minor gripe is the remote feels a bit dated, but the performance is solid. A good buy.
The Wi-Fi control via the app is a game-changer. Can turn on the AC on my way home, so the flat is cool the moment I walk in. The nanoe®X air purifying function is a huge plus, feel the air quality is much better. Worth the premium price.
Good CSPF for a 2 HP window unit. The 'Inverter LITE' tech is a decent entry-level inverter, offering better efficiency and lower noise than non-inverter models without the premium price of a full inverter. A solid choice for the price.
The Wi-Fi control is a game changer. I can turn on the AC on my way home from the office. It's super quiet and the Inverter PRO keeps the temperature stable. BBE delivery was on schedule. Highly recommended for any smart home setup.
屋企有小朋友，鼻敏感幾嚴重。揀呢部機就係貪佢有nanoe®X空氣淨化，用落感覺空氣清新咗，小朋友打乞嚏都少咗。而且恆溫做得好好，唔會忽冷忽熱，瞓覺都安穩啲。😊
Did some research and chose this model specifically for the R32 refrigerant. It's much better for the environment than the old R410A. Cools effectively and the energy label is decent. Happy with my eco-conscious choice.
