Installed this in our living room. The 'Fast Cooling' mode is a real game-changer on hot summer days. Very impressed with the Grade 1 energy efficiency, hopefully it keeps the electricity bill down. BBE's team was helpful in arranging the installation.
Incredibly quiet. I'm a very light sleeper and my old AC was a nightmare. This one, on its lowest setting, is barely audible. The 25dB rating is legit. Finally, I can sleep peacefully through the summer nights. Highly recommended for bedrooms.
The AI Auto Cooling function is surprisingly smart. It adjusts the temperature automatically and I don't have to fiddle with the remote all the time. The SmartThings app connection was a bit tricky to set up initially, but works fine now.
Called BBE's CS to confirm some installation details before buying. They were professional and answered all my questions clearly. The unit itself is extremely quiet, which was my main concern. Solid product and service.
The quiet mode is a real lifesaver. At only 19dB, it's so much quieter than our old one and doesn't wake the baby. The Good Sleep mode also helps everyone sleep better through the night. Very happy with this purchase.
The BESPOKE design is the main reason I chose this. It looks so much better than traditional air cons, blends in perfectly with my living room decor. The Wind-Free mode is a game changer, very comfortable.

The app setup was a bit frustrating, took a few tries to connect to my Wi-Fi. But once connected, it works fine. The unit itself is powerful and cools the room fast. The remote feels a bit cheap though.
