The smart control via the app is the main reason I bought this. Very convenient to turn on the AC before I get home. But note that the Wi-Fi adapter (CZ-TACG1) is sold separately. BBE should make this clearer on the product page.
舊樓窗台位好窄，搵咗好耐先搵到部啱裝嘅分體機。呢部樂聲室外機真係夠晒纖巧，BBE師傅上嚟睇位都話ok，安裝好專業。部機好靜，製冷又快，非常滿意。
Works perfectly with my smart home setup after buying the Wi-Fi adapter. The Panasonic Comfort Cloud app is quite user-friendly. I can turn on the AC on my way home, which is a game changer.
The slim design of the indoor unit is perfect for my bedroom, very modern and doesn't stick out. It's incredibly quiet compared to my old window-type AC. Very happy with the performance.
The inverter technology is great, much more energy-efficient. Hope to see a lower electricity bill next month. The cooling is consistent and comfortable. Solid choice for the price.
BBE customer service was helpful in answering my questions before purchase. The delivery was fast. The AC itself is powerful and cools the room in minutes. A great upgrade.
Cooling power is a bit weaker than I expected for a 3/4 HP unit. My room is around 80 sq. ft. and it takes a while to cool down. Maybe should have bought the 1 HP model.
部機本身ok，夠凍。但個remote design有啲過時，同埋要另外買Wi-Fi手指先用到app control有啲麻煩。不過呢個價錢算係咁啦。
買呢部主要係因為佢個室外機夠細，啱啱好放得落我個舊式窗台，解決咗大問題。室內機外型都好slim，整體滿意。✨
Very energy efficient. My electricity bill is noticeably lower this month compared to when I was using my old non-inverter unit. Worth the investment.
