Bought this Domino hob to pair with an induction one for my new kitchen. The combination is perfect. This gas hob provides the high heat needed for wok cooking. Delivery and installation coordination by BBE was very smooth.
BBE sales was helpful answering my questions. The flame control is very precise, great for both high-heat stir-frying and low-heat simmering. The Domino design is super flexible for my kitchen layout.
換咗屋企個舊爐，呢個打火快好多，火力好穩定。細火煲湯唔會滾瀉，大火炒餸夠鑊氣，煮嘢食開心好多。西門子有兩年保養，用得好放心。👍
The 2.8kW burner is great, but the 1.9kW one is a bit weak for my liking, takes a while just to boil water. Expected more from an iQ700 series product. It's just okay.
CS好幫得手，買之前問清楚開孔尺寸。個爐最好係個鑄鐵架可以放入洗碗機，清潔方便好多，唔使自己慢慢刷。火力都好滿意。
個大火爐頭火力夠猛，炒餸快好多，慳返唔少時間。最緊要有熄火安全裝置，屋企有小朋友都安心啲。個鑄鐵爐架好穩陣。👍
The dual-ring control is very precise, can go from a tiny simmer to max power easily. Made in Spain gives more confidence in the quality. BBE delivery was on time.

買俾媽咪用，最緊要係個安全熄火裝置，煲湯唔小心整熄咗火會自動斷氣，咁就安心好多。火力大小控制都好容易。
