Bought this Domino hob to pair with an induction one for my new kitchen. The combination is perfect. This gas hob provides the high heat needed for wok cooking. Delivery and installation coordination by BBE was very smooth.
BBE delivery was super fast, ordered in the morning and got it the next day. This tray is a lifesaver for making quick, healthy dinners. The stainless steel is high quality and it's so easy to clean in the dishwasher.
BBE sales was helpful answering my questions. The flame control is very precise, great for both high-heat stir-frying and low-heat simmering. The Domino design is super flexible for my kitchen layout.
換咗屋企個舊爐，呢個打火快好多，火力好穩定。細火煲湯唔會滾瀉，大火炒餸夠鑊氣，煮嘢食開心好多。西門子有兩年保養，用得好放心。👍
A bit pricey for just a tray, but the quality of the stainless steel is excellent. Feels very sturdy and durable. I guess it's worth the investment for an original Bosch accessory.
The 2.8kW burner is great, but the 1.9kW one is a bit weak for my liking, takes a while just to boil water. Expected more from an iQ700 series product. It's just okay.
CS好幫得手，買之前問清楚開孔尺寸。個爐最好係個鑄鐵架可以放入洗碗機，清潔方便好多，唔使自己慢慢刷。火力都好滿意。
個大火爐頭火力夠猛，炒餸快好多，慳返唔少時間。最緊要有熄火安全裝置，屋企有小朋友都安心啲。個鑄鐵爐架好穩陣。👍
It works as intended, but cleaning can be a bit annoying. Some food particles get stuck in the holes and need extra scrubbing. Not as hassle-free as I expected.
買嚟蒸點心同蒸魚真係一流！啲孔分佈得好均勻，蒸汽夠猛，食物好快熟。用完放入洗碗機就搞掂，好方便。👍
