The main selling point for me was the integrated design. It fits perfectly flush with my new cabinets, creating a very clean, minimalist look. The black glass finish is superb. BBE's sales team was very patient answering my pre-sale questions about the dimensions. Excellent service and product.

Very modern range hood. The capacitive touch controls are responsive and the timer function is surprisingly useful. I especially like the filter clean alert, one less thing to remember. A solid upgrade for our kitchen.

Performance is strong, and it's relatively quiet. My only complaint is the touch panel is a bit too sensitive; it sometimes registers a touch when I'm just wiping it clean. Otherwise, it's a decent product.
