BBE customer service was helpful with my pre-purchase questions. The semi-bridge tech provides very even heat distribution, much better than my old gas hob. The French panel is high quality and easy to maintain. A great upgrade for safety and cleanliness.

Very impressed with the half-bridge technology. Even at 300W, the heating is continuous, not pulsing. Great for slow-cooking stews. CS was helpful in confirming the 13A plug requirement before I bought it.

The shared power feature is a bit weak. When using both sides on max, one side's power noticeably drops. But for daily use and this price point, it's acceptable. The glass top is nice.
