The steam-bake combination is a game changer for my sourdough. The crust is incredible. Also, the softMove door hinge feels very premium. You can tell it's a quality German-made appliance.
The Home Connect app is the best feature. I can preheat the oven on my way back from work. The TFT interface is also super user-friendly and looks high-tech. Syncs perfectly with my phone.
Overall performance is strong, but the 1.0L water tank for steaming runs out a bit too quickly for my liking, especially when steaming a whole chicken. Need to refill it mid-cook.
