買之前問過CS好多關於安裝嘅問題，佢哋都答得好詳細。個焗爐門有四層玻璃，焗緊嘢都唔會好辣手，屋企有小朋友都安心好多。個soft-motion門鉸好smooth，成個feel好高級。✨
Used the grill function for steak and it was brilliant. The dual-side lighting is a seriously underrated feature, can see everything clearly without opening the door and losing heat. BBE delivery was on time as scheduled.
Love the copper color! It looks so premium in my new kitchen. Delivery was on time and the staff was very careful with the installation. The 76L capacity is huge, perfect for baking whole chickens. ✨
買之前喺BBE問咗好多問題，CS都好有耐性答。換咗呢部爐，終於可以整歐包！個發酵 (proofing) function好好用，溫度好穩定，舊嗰部完全做唔到呢個效果。
BBE送貨準時，師傅好有禮貌。最欣賞係個雙層玻璃門，焗緊嘢都唔會好辣手，屋企有小朋友就安心好多。個容量夠大，一次過焗到兩盤曲奇，very good。
整體ok，火力夠，預熱速度都算快。不過個Bertazzoni Assistant功能對我嚟講有啲複雜，都係自己set溫度時間多。不過以呢個價錢買到意大利製，CP值算高。
Performance is top-notch. Heats up quickly and cooks evenly. The touch screen is responsive, but has a bit of a learning curve to get used to all 11 functions. Overall, a solid 4-star product.
新屋入伙買, 個樣好靚仔, 襯返我個開放式廚房。最正係個熱解清潔功能, 之前用舊焗爐最怕就係清潔, 呢個一禁掣就搞掂, 慳返好多時間。👍
呢個pyrolytic cleaning真係好方便，唔使再慢慢刷焗爐，一鍵搞掂。BBE CS was very helpful when I asked about the power requirements. 啱晒我呢啲忙碌媽媽。😊
