Excellent hob for serious cooks. The brass burners provide very even heat and the knob control is super precise, perfect for simmering. The cast iron stands are heavy-duty and stable. Worth the investment.
由明火轉用電磁爐，要啲時間適應。清潔係方便咗好多，但係個touch control始終冇擰制咁直接。火力係夠嘅，不過老人家用可能要學一學。
