The BridgeZone feature is a game-changer for searing steaks on my cast iron griddle. Heat is even and control is very responsive. A solid upgrade for any serious home cook.

Very pleased with the purchase. The unit feels very solid, especially the copper burner and cast iron grates. The 3-year warranty also provides peace of mind.

The price is reasonable for a 'Made in Italy' product. Fire is strong, but the control knobs feel a bit stiff. Overall, it's acceptable la. Does the job.

Sleek design and very powerful. The automatic ignition is a nice touch. A solid built-in hob from a good European brand.
