Delivery was super fast, ordered on Monday and arrived Tuesday. The LED panel is very clear and the compact size fits perfectly in my studio flat. Very user-friendly interface. Highly recommend!

Excellent product. The 21000 BTU is perfect for a large living room. The R32 refrigerant is a plus for being environmentally friendly. Very quiet operation thanks to the inverter technology.

Great product for HK humidity. I use the continuous drainage in my bathroom and it works like a charm. Grade 2 energy label is a plus for saving electricity bills. Secure packaging as well.
Very quiet compared to my old non-inverter AC, which is perfect for my home office. The inverter keeps the temperature stable without constant on/off noise. BBE delivery was next-day too.
