Bought this for a rental property. The Prime Guard coating on the outdoor unit and the i-Clean function were the main selling points for me. Hoping for less maintenance hassle in the long run. Seems solid so far.

The cooling performance is solid. However, the mobile app's user interface feels a bit dated and could be more intuitive. The outdoor unit is quieter than my old one, which is a plus.

The unit itself is powerful. But be warned, it requires a technician for installation as there's no power plug. This should be made clearer on the product page. A bit of a hassle.
