Bought this for a rental property. The Prime Guard coating on the outdoor unit and the i-Clean function were the main selling points for me. Hoping for less maintenance hassle in the long run. Seems solid so far.

I'm impressed by the iECO mode. It manages energy very well for such a large unit. The cooling is consistent and the air feels cleaner thanks to the Air Magic function. Highly recommended for large living rooms.

Installed this 2.5HP unit last week. The Breezeless feature is amazing for my kids, no more direct cold air hitting their faces. Delivery was prompt and BBE's CS was very helpful with the scheduling. 5 stars.

The product itself is 5 stars, but the delivery was delayed by a week due to stock. Anyway, the Breezeless tech is superior to traditional flaps. Great for my bedroom and very quiet operation.
