I bought this for my parents' flat. The TripleVantage filter gives them peace of mind regarding air quality. Customer service was very patient in explaining the 15A plug requirement before I purchased. Very happy with the service.
The cooling performance is solid, no complaints there. But for an inverter model, I expected it to be quieter. It's not loud, but you can definitely hear it. The remote control also feels a bit cheap. Overall, it's just okay.
Great cooling performance for the living room. The R32 refrigerant is a plus for being more eco-friendly. Triple filter gives me peace of mind about air quality. BBE's packaging was very secure and arrived without a scratch.

Excellent performance. I chose this for the Grade 1 energy label and I'm hoping to see a difference in my electricity bill this summer. It's much quieter than my old unit. The delivery from BBE was on time and hassle-free.
Cools my small study room effectively. It's a bit loud on the highest fan setting, but for the price, it's a solid, no-frills air conditioner. The Grade 4 energy rating is a slight concern, but okay for occasional use.
The 17572 BTU is powerful enough for my large master bedroom. 4-star energy label is acceptable for fixed frequency. Setup was easy, and the horizontal swing spreads the air well. Excellent value for money from BBE.
The R32 refrigerant makes it quite efficient for a fixed speed model. Please note it requires a 15A round plug which I had to prepare beforehand. Packaging was very secure and the delivery team was professional.
屋企個廳大，之前部舊機唔夠凍。換咗呢部2.5匹變頻，製冷快好多，而且比想像中靜。最緊要係1級能源標籤，希望電費單會靚仔啲。BBE啲師傅安裝都好快手。
The ordering process on BBE was straightforward. This model is a great replacement for my old unit. I specifically chose it for the anti-corrosion Golden Fin, which is essential in Hong Kong's humidity. 😊
