Bought this for my small retail shop. The 21496 BTU is no joke, keeps the place cool even with customers coming in and out. The 3-year warranty is a big plus for business use.
換咗部舊款定頻機，呢部變頻真係靜好多，開住瞓覺完全唔覺。Sleep mode好好用，唔會半夜凍醒。BBE CS都好有心機答我尺寸問題。
The cooling function works well, but the dehumidify mode is just average. Don't expect it to be as powerful as a dedicated dehumidifier. It's acceptable for the price.

Very powerful for my 150 sq ft room. The inverter is noticeably quieter than my old unit. The remote control design is modern and user-friendly. A solid purchase.
Cools the room well and the dehumidifier is a lifesaver in this weather. But the remote control feels very cheap. For this price, I expected better build quality.
