Purchased for our office pantry. The heating function is surprisingly powerful and keeps the space comfortable during winter. The self-clean feature is a big plus for a low-maintenance environment. Delivery was on time.
部機真係幾好，變頻真係靜好多。之前部窗口機嘈到瞓唔到，呢部 installation 好順利，BBE 師傅好專業。台灣製造有信心，最鍾意佢個溫和抽濕，夏天開唔會太乾。
Really impressed with the performance. The inverter control is very stable, no more sudden chills. Being Grade 1 energy efficient is a huge plus for my electricity bill. BBE delivery was next-day. Great service.
So happy with this purchase! The nanoe-G air purifying function is amazing, I can really feel the air is cleaner. The anti-mold function is a lifesaver for Hong Kong's humid weather. No more musty smell! 👍
Cooling power is strong, no complaints there. But the remote control feels a bit flimsy and the buttons aren't very intuitive. For this price, it's a good machine overall, but the accessories could be better.
買之前問過CS好多關於安裝尺寸嘅問題，都答得好詳細。呢部機冷暖兩用，變頻仲要係一級能源，CP值超高。夏天夠凍，冬天有暖氣，一部機搞掂晒，抵買！
BBE安排嘅安裝師傅好準時同專業。部機真係好靜，開咗寧靜mode之後小朋友夜晚都瞓得好好。最重要係有nanoe-G，阿仔鼻敏感好似真係有好轉，空氣清新咗。
Solid build quality, as expected from Taiwan/Philippine manufacturing. The inverter is top-notch, maintaining a very consistent room temperature. Quick cooling is genuinely fast. Worth the investment.
Finally a single unit for all seasons. The heating function works surprisingly well. BBE customer service was helpful explaining the installation requirements for my old window frame. So far so good.
The indoor unit design is sleek and fits my minimal interior perfectly. Packaging was very secure with lots of padding. BBE staff even called to confirm the delivery date. Very professional service!
