Machine worked fine for a couple years, no matter what. After a year, roll pin in the drain strainer basket was disconcerting. Finally overloaded it and broke it. Go gently. Good machine, but what can they do with practically no material... At least I knew it way my fualt.
The machine is quite stable even at 1200rpm. I was worried about the vibration in my small flat, but it's actually very quiet. Highly recommend BBE for their fast shipping and efficient installation service. Great experience overall.

The big door design is very user-friendly for loading bedsheets. CS answered my questions about installation fees clearly before I bought it. Very satisfied with the service and the product vibe.
Delivery was delayed by two days, which was a bit annoying. However, the machine itself is great and very quiet thanks to the shock absorbers. Washing quality is excellent for the price.
洗衫係幾乾淨，但係脫水 1200 轉嗰陣都係有少少震。不過呢個價錢 Poland 製造算係咁啦。BBE CS 覆得好快，幫我解決咗送貨時間問題。😊
