We were worried about fitting it under the counter as the standard 850mm was too high. The option to switch to the thin top board (820mm) saved my kitchen layout! Had to call CS to confirm the installation fee for this adjustment, they were super responsive and clear. Great feature for HK flats.

The machine itself is excellent, very stable even on max spin speed—the suspension tech is legit. However, installation scheduling was a nightmare. The installer appointment was delayed twice, added three days to the wait. Product five stars, logistics one star, so averaging to three.

Delivery was on time. The washing function is fine, but the 'Air Jet' drying is a bit of a gimmick. It just spins faster, clothes are still quite damp. Don't expect it to replace a real dryer. It's an okay machine for the price.
