The installation was late, which was annoying. The machine works well, but there are too many programs. Also, it keeps flashing the 'Clean Drum' reminder after a month of use. Feels like high maintenance compared to my old machine. Acceptable performance la.
Unboxing was fine, packaging secure. The 10-year motor warranty gives major peace of mind. Spin cycle at 1300rpm is surprisingly stable thanks to the super suspension system. Great German engineering design, even though it's made in China.
The LED display is clear and the control dial is very intuitive. The Jetsystem which auto-cleans the detergent drawer is a nice touch. Delivery team was professional. Docked one star as the completion beep is a bit loud.
The black steel design is incredibly sleek and fits my modern apartment vibe perfectly. Most importantly, it's unbelievably quiet. I can run it at night without disturbing my neighbours or my sleep. A solid upgrade.
買之前問過CS好多關於防敏除菌嘅問題，都答得好詳細。屋企人有鼻敏感，用咗個HygienicWash蒸氣功能之後，感覺床單被鋪真係乾淨咗，少咗好多塵蟎。值得推薦。
